The first radio theater show within the “Legends of Dobrogei” project will be broadcast on Sunday, April 2, 2023, from 18:15

“Legendele Dobrogei” is a cultural project organized in Constanța by the Carpathian Eagle Cultural-Artistic Association in partnership with the Concordia Oslo Association from Norway and involves the production and broadcasting of 20 radio theater shows inspired by the “Black Sea Stories” trilogy of Constanta writer Cristian Cealera. The project is financed from the SEE Grants 2014 – 2021 within the RO-CULTURE program and has a value of 964,000 lei (the equivalent of 194,822.25 euros). This cultural effort to promote the traditions and customs of the Romanians and the most important ethnic groups with whom they live in the land between the Danube and the Black Sea takes place between January 1 and December 31, 2023″ and is carried out with the support of broadcasting partners Radio Constanța (100.1 FM) and Play Radio (91.6 FM).

“Through the sustained efforts of five screenwriters, five directors, ten actors and two composers and sound editors, 20 radio dramatized Dobrogean myths and legends will go on the radio waves or online to tens of thousands of listeners. Therefore, starting on April 2, 2023, when the first show of the 20 scheduled will be broadcast, we invite you to listen to Legends of Dobrogei”, said project manager Georgiana Rusu.
